Most of the engineering design processes involves fluid flow and heat transfer. The air flow and heat transfer over a body can be simulated in computer with the help of computational fluid dynamics software(CFD). Flomerics is a world wide leader in the computer simulation and they have made heating,cooling and ventilation system more efficient. Flomerics has recently demonstrated how their CFd software determines the flow of air over a wingsuit jumper. They get us the 3D model of the air flow that no other software have ever produced. From the 3D model obtained,engineers were made to understand the physics of the problem and results could be generated accordingly.
