ONE SHOULDERED

Grecian one-shouldered dresses made frequent appearances on the runway, calling to mind the allure of a distant and decadent age. Alexander Mcqueen used a décolletage of feathers in pastel pink and blood red to create his asymmetrical look. Namrata Joshipura paired puffed sleeves with a circular sequin motif. At Lanvin, cascading green had theatrical impact against alabaster skin while Hermès' tailored plum was the essence of restrained chic.
